Eric’s surgery went well on Monday. There were no complications and the doctors were able to get everything out that they needed. It will be another waiting game to see if it spread though.
Eric is currently still in ICU, but that is really the best place for him to be.

ReplyDeleteWell, I haven't really kept in touch with the Joe community since I've been living in Japan the last year and a half....but I just checked the Johio site a few minutes ago and was shocked to read about Eric's illness!! It's always hard to read bad news, but one feels especially helpless on the other side of the planet!!
Anyway, I just wanted to tell you guys that I'm thinking happy thoughts for you and transmitting them all the way from Asia...hope things went well with the surgery and have a full recovery!!
