I think I started to give it to them around where E&O are now. I would just give it to them when they were eating their solids... with a little 1/2 water, 1/2 apple juice.

Ditto Jessica. However at that age Lily never grasped a regular sippy cup. She immediately grasped the straw ones. So just incase they might not understand just try a straw.
